Job estimates exclude any shipping charges and, where applicable, MN sales tax.
50% is due at the start of the job and the remaining 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon before starting the job.
Payment can be made online by check, credit card or PayPal. A 3% processing fee will be added for credit card payments.
Images submitted as digital files will include basic clean up and preparation for output, but additional editing will be billed at $75 per hour.
Those images submitted as original film will incur a scanning cost of $60. Basic clean up is included but any editing will be billed at $75 per hour. In these cases supplying a match-print to work with is advisable.
Files should preferably be unsharpened PSD or TIF files and 360dpi at the final size. Files can be sent by flash drive or by file transfer using WeTransfer — www.wetransfer.com.
